Insurance Sales Representative – Remote (Nevada Residents Only)
$14–$16/Hour + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
100% Remote | Must Reside in Nevada
Monday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM | Friday 9 AM–3 PM (Pacific Time)
No Regular Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing insurance and financial services team.
This is a fully remote position for Nevada residents only. Candidates must have at least one year of insurance industry experience and hold active insurance licenses.
If you’re competitive, self-motivated, comfortable asking for the sale, and able to stay productive without direct supervision, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Connect with current and prospective customers by phone, text, and email
- Identify customer needs and explain insurance product options
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building
- Follow up consistently with leads, quotes, and sales opportunities
- Confidently ask for the sale and work toward individual sales goals
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage daily activities using agency systems
This is a sales-focused position. We're looking for someone who enjoys selling, thrives on achieving goals, and is motivated by performance-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Nevada
- Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Experience prospecting, quoting insurance, following up, and closing sales
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward activity and production goals
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools
Experience working for a State Farm agency is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- $14–$16/hour base pay, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission + bonus opportunities
- 100% remote position for Nevada residents
- Monday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM | Friday 9 AM–3 PM (Pacific Time)
- No regularly scheduled nights, weekends, or holidays
